Prayer and Ministry Tours to France

April - July 2012

Project Purpose:

To take teams to France for the purpose of strategic prayer and other vitally needed ministry endeavours. Please note place is limited!

Provisional Dates:

This year we have different teams visiting France at different times. Each team will choose a 16 day period to visit France in April - June 2012. Each team will determine their own exact dates.

Tour Costs:

R 19 800 (excludes visa fees & includes R500 non-refundable deposit)

UPF Fees / Admin / Telephone Costs / Tour Manuals etc.	R 1 200

Preparation process ahead of the tours:
It is essential for interested individuals to commit to a preparation process where weekly meetings will be held (10-12 weeks prior to leaving for France).

These meetings will be necessary in order to:

Build team unity, establish healthy group dynamics, / handle administrative and logistical issues related to the tours, / receive relevant teaching, / research and study information related to France / and receive strategy and guidance from the Holy Spirit in prayer.
These preparation meetings are non-optional as it is essential for success of teams in France.
Preparation for those outside of Pretoria will be coordinated from the UPF office.
