Words for and about France

Received at the “International Gathering for France”

Nov 2009

1. I will refresh your weary inheritance. Let new wine flow; fresh, clear spring water will come from the fountains that were closed. Orphan spirit will be healed. Great healings will begin to take place in France. Physical, spiritual and emotional healings. Blind will see, lame will walk etc. Heavy cloaks (burdens) are being removed. People sing for JOY in the great procession.

2. As God replaces the symbol of the Eiffel tower with the symbol of the cross great joy will flow from France to SA and the fathers will be restored to the sons. A man will be raised up to lead (he has already been born). We all need to carry him daily in prayer, as he and his helpers go forth to tear down strongholds.

3. Ps 2:1-6: God has displeasure in the countries that says: Let us break their bonds in pieces etc. v.7 Exaltation of the Son of God. Instruction: Ask of me and I will give you the nations for your inheritance and the ends of the earth for your possession. We are fulfilling the prayer of Christ in John 17.

Our response: Unite, receive authority, Ask! Manifest the authority given to the church – receive the inheritance of the nations promised to Christ.

Prov 24:11,12 – Deliver those who are drawn to death. And hold back these stumbling to the slaughter. I you say – surely we did not know this. Does not He who weighs the heart consider this? He who keeps your soul, does He not know it? And will He not render to each man according to his deeds?

I was meditating on all the terrible blood sacrifices that were made through the history of war in France. From the religious wars to the revolution and still the country is lodging in ashes. I experienced that God says in Heb 12:24 – “to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and the blood of sprinkling that speaks of better things than the blood of Abel (man’s sacrifice) – That we should pray Christ sacrifice (and speak this into France). Only God can change the mindset of the nation. In other words we have to pray in Christ sacrifice for the forgiveness and reconciliation of the country, to make France again part of the kingdom.

4. I see the work of the Lord in France symbolized by a Ferris wheel. It turns and turns and continues to turn as it is driven by the word of the Lord. It is full of lights that turn with the motion. It never stops. The light may dim or brighten but it is not put out. Ps 33:11 – But the plans of the Lord stand firm forever, the purposes of His heart through all generations. Lord let you Word keep on turning.

5. As I prayed I saw a serpent which was coiled around France. The sword of the Spirit is hanging over its head. I saw how the prayers of the saints will activate and allow the sword to drop and the sword pierces the head of the serpent. We need to continue to pray for France and her people. The Lord is using our bloodline as keys to open the gates, but the true revival will come from those who live in France. The serpent has crushed the air out of France’s lungs and she cannot breath. If we can get the serpent to release it’s hold, France will take a huge sigh of relief. As she breaths in the Holy Spirit will rush in and the embers that have lain dormant for so many years will suddenly burst into flames. This will be the revival that is now needed. We cannot hope to undo hundreds of years of damage over night. But take hope we are winning ground day by day. Don’t forget the saying “ how do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time”. Each key opens a lock, each lock free France a little more. I also saw her as a bride whose mouth has been stopped. We must pray for the bride’s voice to be restored. Lord give France her voice back. Let her cry out. Let her proclaim your name. Let your Spirit, the wind of your Spirit fill her lungs. As a drowning victim is given CPR. So let her be revived. I also sensed that England and the British will be a key to unlocking many gates. The English are a root cause of distrust!! Praise God HE who has begun a good work is faithful to complete it!! Our prayer Lord is that you will protect the believers in France. Praise Jesus.

6. France, I see you as a country – you will rise up to my honor and glory. You that sent forth missionaries that took my word all over the world will again be used by Me in a mighty way. Don’t despair; I see your struggle. You will arise by my Spirit says the Lord. I have not forgotten you. Be faithful to my Word, be bold in your testimony, don’t be afraid to proclaim my love to my country France. You that know me all you life – be as fathers to the young generations. Stand firm and never lose faith in me and my Word.

7. Nothing you are doing is in vain, even though it feels like it’s going slow over the years. God is building a “mighty army” – like small flames that is starting all over France to create one “Flame” on fire for Jesus, I want to set the world on fire until it is burning bright for the Lord!!! Deut 30:16, 19, 20 - 16“in that I command you today to love the Lord your God, to walk in His ways, and to keep His commandments, His statutes, and His judgments, that you may live and multiply; and the Lord your God will bless you in the land which you go to possess. 19“I call heaven and earth as witnesses today against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing; therefore choose life, that both you and your descendants may live; 20“that you may love the Lord your God, that you may obey His voice, and that you may cling to Him, for He is your life and the length of your days; and that you may dwell in the land which the Lord swore to your fathers, to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, to give them.”

Set France on fire with prayer, until it is burning bright for you Lord!!

8. Jer 33:2 – This is what the Lord says, he who made the earth, the Lord who formed it and established it – the Lord is his name: v.3 Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and mighty and unsearchable things you do not know. v.6 I will bring health and healing to France; I will heal my people and will let them enjoy abundant peace and security. I will bring France back from captivity and will rebuild them as they were before. v. 8 I will cleanse them from all the sin they have committed against me and will forgive all their sins and rebellion against me.

9. I see a tsunami wave coming back from the nations where the Huguenots went to. These waves come back from the nations to overflow and change the spiritual landscape of France. Weakness leaves and strength returns. Hope stolen becomes a new future deposited. As the waves of the nations come, the deep hidden fountains of the people and the land of France will respond and meet the waters from the nations. A great sign for all to see! A great God that has for so long been invisible to people in the land will be revealed!

10. Equality – the understanding of the equality of all men before God is a gift that the French have received. It needs to be unwrapped and cleaned from all the twisting and misunderstanding that has gathered around it. But it is precious.

France – I have bought you at a price… I have written you on the palm of my hand… You are my beloved… so rare… so costly … so precious … you are sought after… lovely … desirable… exquisite…

11. We see the lamb slaughtered and His blood covering France. We see a white dove hovering over the nations and light from the throne of God covering the land and all its inhabitants.

12. The warriors will arise
Dressed for war
Trained for this
Helmets and sword adorn
Regents and
Squadrons

Armies arise
Stand together
Unite

8 “Therefore wait for Me,” says the Lord, “Until the day I rise up for plunder;

All the earth shall be devoured With the fire of My jealousy.
9 “For then I will restore to the peoples a pure language, That they all may call on the name of the Lord, To serve Him with one accord.

Daughters of God Arise!
The sons have prepared for battle
Where are your weapons?
Where will be your fight?

Will you too, prepare?
The young generations
MUST know their God
The must know His
Anthems and words.

Daughters, will you dance?
The ark was brought forth
In singing and dance
Dancers brought life in abundance and deliverance

Bring in His crown.

Zeph 3:10,14-17
10 From beyond the rivers of Ethiopia
My worshipers,
The daughter of My dispersed ones,
Shall bring My offering.

14 Sing, O daughter of Zion!
Shout, O Israel!
Be glad and rejoice with all your heart,
O daughter of Jerusalem!
15 The Lord has taken away your judgments,
He has cast out your enemy.
The King of Israel, the Lord, is in your midst;
You shall see disaster no more.
16 In that day it shall be said to Jerusalem:
“Do not fear;
Zion, let not your hands be weak.
17 The Lord your God in your midst,
The Mighty One, will save;
He will rejoice over you with gladness,
He will quiet you with His love,

No victory without preparation
No glory without rejoicing
No overcoming with trepidation
Glory reign

(Men have stood to fight, but needs more demonstrative action from woman and children etc…) Don’t negate the impact of teaching the children.

My people perish for lack of knowledge. I see a hunger, but not a physical one. People are eating and drinking – also being merry. They are hungry for spiritual food. Teaching, they need to be equipped. The rivers have run dry and people’s lives and they need to be refilled. The Spirit that needs to flow has been quenched by religion. Also see walls around people’s hearts. Break the walls even in the church.

13. I am the rock on which you are rooted. You will be a big tree bearing much fruit to feed the nations.

14. Let your living waters flow over the soul of France, Come Holy Spirit and take control.

15. 2 Kin 4:1-7. France is like the widow who was in need of provision. I saw empty bottles in need of being filled. Call the church in France – they need to move in mighty ways. Have a Holy Spirit service and release them with the fire and full of the spirit. Allow signs and wonders / miracles to happen in the lives and services. Joh 7:37-28 – France will not be reached by intellectual interpretation of the word but by allowing a people to be filled with the spirit, being committed to prayer and a relationship with the Holy Spirit. Those who will walk by faith. I see France becoming a burning fire that ignites the whole of Europe. Establish strong prayer ministries in France, Foster church unity, faith in God and His spoken words.

16. Jesus said to the church in France: “France, do you love me more than these?”. “Yes, Lord You know that I love you.” Jesus said: “Feed my lambs”. Again Jesus said, “Church in France do you truly love me?”. “Yes, Lord, you know that I love you.” Jesus said “Take care of my sheep”. 3rd time He said to the church” Church in France, do you love me?” The church was hurt because Jesus asked a 3rd time… “Lord you know all things – you know I love you…” Jesus said “Feed my sheep” “follow me”. John 21:v15-19

17. Pray that the faith in France will liberated and alive to stand against Islam, secularism – the cult of reason – to overcome these – also the spirit of rebellion – for the revival of our nation.

Father I just bring the nation of France before you now, Father and as you have placed many of the people of that nation, many years ago on this southern point of Africa. Lord as they fled from persecution, You have planted them. Father and what was a seed to this continent, You have harvested and planted again. Lord and that seed that You have planted has multiplied yet again. Father and You have taken some of that seed and You have hidden it and You have stored it for a day such as this in which You will sow it back into the nations of Europe and sow it back into France.

Lord, that’s why we call these Huguenots from this Southern point of Africa. Father and we bring a stirring among the seed, Lord so that this seed may start getting ready to move in Your season, to bring the fullness and accomplishment of this work that You have set out for them. Lord at present You show me it is just a spill over in this season, but Lord there is a day that You will sow back that container into that nation. And Father that is why we thank You for he work that is being done there already. I thank You for the strength that there is in the seed as they were baked in the African sun. I thank you for the potential and the passion that drives them, which is from You. And when they bring forth, they bring forth Christ Himself in these earthen vessels. Through this seed You will start a new work and we release them into those purposes today, in Jesus Name.

Father, we thank You for this baby that has been born and Lord this baby was born with great difficulty. Father this baby almost wasn’t born. And Lord the mother gave birth to this baby. The land pushed out this baby of Christianity. And Father now the baby is born, but the baby is frail and the baby is small and the baby needs lots of care. And Father I see how the people of France nurture this baby. I see Lord how they intercede and pray for this baby. And Father this baby is growing in strength moment by moment.

Father I see how people kneel down at graves, and they pray over the graves of previous moves of God. And they pray for these moves that have gone. And they say God bring this move back. But the Lord says I have birthed a new baby. I’m bringing a new move into the land. I am going to do things differently. Every other move fizzled out and came to nothing. Every other move drew to itself persecution. Every other move had disillusionment. But this move will heal the broken heart. This move will renew again the vision. This move will awaken the old love for God in people’s hearts. For this move is from my Spirit and no man can taint this move. If man tries to interfere I will remove the man but the vision will remain. For this baby must be cared for delicately. This baby must be nurtured with the correct food. For this baby is loved by the heavenlies and this baby is cared for by many. And despite persecution this baby is growing. So this baby has life, it came into the world with great difficulty. But it has life and its life will not be stolen. For I have even incubated this baby, says God. I was the one that planted the seed. I was the one that caused the baby to grow. And I was the one that was there when it was birthed. So it has My seed within it. It has My heart and My passion and it will continue to grow.

For I know there are not many of you, but I will come from on high and I will empower you and rejuvenate you. And I will restore to you the abilities, the abilities of the eagle to soar, the abilities of the eagle to see again as in the days of old. For I have raised you up as a nation of eagles and you forfeited it. I raised you up to fly high and to see what is to happen and you walked away from my season and my time. But I am not the God that gives up on my people. And I do not need many to see these things. I only need you. For few people, even one, will turn the tide of that nation. And the wind of my Spirit will lift you up under your wings again and you will soar to high places. And you may see the evils that are done upon the face of this earth, but even more you will see the goodness that I have for my people. And you will raise up many, many young men and woman that are prepared to bring the good news to those people.

Already my hand is upon them, some of them even in the womb at this moment. As in days of old I will raise up a generation that is prepared to be persecuted; that is prepared to be flung out to far out places. But they are not prepared to forfeit and loose Me again. For they know the purposes for which I have placed them on this earth.

I will strengthen you. I will carry you. I will fulfill the work that I placed in your hands and that you my do this work in the freedom that I have given you in Christ. Be strong. Stand in my strength and see the work that I will do among you, for I know you are not many, but I do not need the many, I need you.

The Lord showed me a vision. I saw a vortex opening up in the Spirit. And I saw this vortex going into the spiritual realm from South Africa and I see it opening up again in France. And I sense the Lord is saying to me, that there is a purpose why a divine connection should take place between the French and the South Africans. And this vortex has to come from two sides. It cannot just come from one side. As South Africans kept on going to France, they started opening up a vortex in South Africa. And the Lord says, now this week as the French came to South Africa the vortex is open up on France’s side.

I feel the Lord says to me that the function of this vortex is to combine the spiritual growth and the spiritual activity between the two countries. I feel that the Lord says what He is doing through this; He is importing a Spiritual dimension that is in South Africa into France. It’s as if the moment you function under this vortex, the rules of the spiritual realm differs from the rules of the rest of France. And I truly belief that the Lord says the reason He is doing this, is that through this unity, through the Huguenots in South Africa discovering their roots, discovering their inheritance, they took the authority they have back to their inheritance to activate the authority of God in that place again.

And there might be some French people that say: What good can come out of South Africa? What does France need from such a little country like South Africa. But the Lord says He will use the foolish things to confound the wise and that which is weak in the eyes of the world will be powerful in Gods hands.

I feel the Lord says: Do not despise this connection, but rejoice in what God is doing. For no man is in control of this. No man could plan this. This is the divine purpose of God. And what I sense about this picture I saw, is that what God wants every French person here to do, is to go back to France knowing that they do not have to be subjected under the same spiritual rules of the spirit world in France like before. For God is bringing in a new dimension into your spiritual world. It’s a coming together of Gods people in a way that the enemy could never have imagined. And therefore he is caught off guard.

I felt that the Lord showed me that He started with the toughest nation. And it was the most difficult to penetrate the French. For some reason He has chosen France as almost the model. Because I don’t know of any other nation that people come here and of the forefathers, I don’t know any of that with the Germans, the Austrians, the Dutch… none of that. And it is almost the words that were prophesied over everybody, they are all still hidden. And it is like God is doing a secret work. That’s not going to be heralded from the mountain tops, because it is going to be an example to all the other European nations. So even though it feels tough, it is on God’s time table.
